LEGAL NOTICE
In accordance with the provisions of articles 6-III and 19 of Law no. 2004-575 of 21 June 2004 for Confidence in the Digital Economy, known as the L.C.E.N., we bring the following information to the attention of users and visitors of the site: Vokozy.

2. Presentation and principle:
Hereinafter referred to as "User": any internet user connecting to and using the aforementioned site: Vokozy.
The Vokozy site brings together a set of services, as is, made available to users. It is specified here that users must remain courteous and act in good faith towards both other users and the webmaster of the Vokozy site. The Vokozy site is updated regularly by vocosy.
Vokozy strives to provide the most accurate information possible on the Vokozy site (subject to changes made since it was posted online), but cannot guarantee the accuracy, completeness and timeliness of the information published on its site, whether it is of its own making or provided by third-party partners who supply it with this information. Consequently, the user acknowledges that they use this information (given as an indication, non-exhaustive and subject to change) under their sole responsibility.
3. Accessibility:
The Vokozy site is in principle accessible to users 24/7, except for interruptions, whether scheduled or not, for maintenance needs or in case of force majeure. In the event of impossibility of access to the service, Vokozy undertakes to do its utmost to restore access to the service and will endeavor to inform users in advance of the dates and times of the intervention. Being subject only to an obligation of means, Vokozy cannot be held responsible for any damage, of whatever nature, resulting from the unavailability of the service.
4. Intellectual property:
Vokozy is the exclusive owner of all intellectual property rights or holds the rights of use over all elements accessible on the site, both the structure and the texts, images, graphics, logo, icons, sounds, software, etc.
Any total or partial reproduction of the Vokozy site, representation, modification, publication, or total or partial adaptation of any of these elements, whatever the means or process used, is prohibited, except with the prior written authorization of vocosy, owner of the site, at the email: contact@vokozy.com. Failing this, it will be considered as constituting infringement and subject to prosecution in accordance with the provisions of articles L.335-2 et seq. of the Intellectual Property Code.
5. Hyperlinks and cookies:
The Vokozy site contains a number of hyperlinks to other sites (partners, information, etc.) set up with the authorization of vocosy. However, vocosy does not have the ability to verify the entire content of the sites thus visited and therefore declines all responsibility in this regard for the possible risks of illegal content.
The user is informed that during their visits to the Vokozy site, one or more cookies may be installed automatically on their computer through their browser software. A cookie is a block of data that does not identify the user, but records information relating to their browsing on the site.
The browser settings make it possible to be informed of the presence of cookies and, if desired, to refuse them in the manner described at the following address: www.cnil.fr. The user can however configure their computer's browser to refuse the installation of cookies, knowing that refusing the installation of a cookie may make it impossible to access certain services. To block cookies, type in your search engine: blocking cookies under IE or Firefox and follow the instructions according to your version.
6. Protection of property and persons - management of personal data:
In France, personal data is notably protected by law no. 78-87 of 6 January 1978, law no. 2004-801 of 6 August 2004, article L. 226-13 of the Criminal Code and the European Directive of 24 October 1995.
On the Vokozy site, vocosy only collects personal information (pursuant to article 4 of law no. 78-17 of 6 January 1978) relating to the user for the needs of certain services offered by the Vokozy site. The user provides this information with full knowledge of the facts, notably when they enter it themselves. The user of the Vokozy site is then informed whether or not providing this information is mandatory.
In accordance with the provisions of articles 38 et seq. of law 78-17 of 6 January 1978 relating to information technology, files and freedoms, every user has a right of access, rectification, deletion and objection regarding personal data concerning them. To exercise it, send your request to Vokozy by email: contact@vokozy.com or by duly signed letter, accompanied by a copy of an identity document bearing the holder's signature, specifying the address to which the reply should be sent.
No personal information of the user of the Vokozy site is published without the user's knowledge, exchanged, transferred, assigned or sold on any medium to third parties. Only in the event of the buyout of the Vokozy site and its rights is vocosy authorized to transmit said information to the potential acquirer, who would in turn be bound by the same obligation of retention and modification of the data towards the user of the Vokozy site.

The databases are protected by the provisions of the law of 1 July 1998 transposing directive 96/9 of 11 March 1996 on the legal protection of databases.
